- Students will go to: https://surveys.panoramaed.com/eastsideunion/ (PDF version)
- Students will enter their access code. Their access code is their student ID. Students will then see a list of the survey(s) they need to take (Climate Survey and SEL survey).
- Students will hit the blue “Submit” button to enter their survey. If they do not hit this, their responses will not be saved.

- What if a student has moved into the district or moved schools and wasn’t included in the roster?

Marking Period 2 Grade Conference with Counselors- Wednesday, Nov. 12 & Friday, Nov. 14 Top of Page
Come talk to your School Counselor to discuss grades, attendance or any other concerns. If you cannot make it on the selected date then you can make an appointment with Counseling Tech Karen Hernandez Vargas (hernandezvargask@esuhsd.org) to meet with your assigned School Counselor.
Families meet with their School Counselor in the order they arrive and sign-in to the meeting.
- Wednesday evening meeting will be in-person at AHHS Student Union (5:30pm-7:00pm) & Coffee with the Principal, and Winter Sports parent meetings at the same time.
- Friday morning meeting in-person at Learning Center (9:00am-10:00am) & Coffee with the Principal at the same time.

- On Thursdays all students start at 8:30am, be ready for more morning traffic.

- Singleton Parking lot gates will be closed around 9:00am
- Singleton Pedestrian gate will be closed at the start of 2nd period (9:40am most days)

2025-26 School Campus HoursTop of Page
Campus and offices are open 8:00am until 4:30pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesay and Fridays).
All guest must check-in at the office from 8:00am until 4:30pm. The Student Union and all offices will be open from 8:00am until 2:30pm on Thursdays.
- After 8:45am the Student Union will be the only entry point
- Student Union will close at 1:30pm on Friday, Dec. 12, Thursday, Dec. 18 and Friday, Dec. 19
- Student Union will be closed from Monday, Dec. 22 through Friday, January 2
- Student Union will open at 10:00am on Monday, January 5 and Tuesday, January 6
School day ends after the last period of the day, usually that is 7th period. Guest must still check-in at the office inside the Student Union until the end of the school day at 4:30pm
Students without a 1st or 7th period can stay on-campus during 1st or 7th period only in the following areas that are away from classrooms:
- Main quad
- Student Union
Please park in the Senter Road parking lot. The Singleton Road parking lot will be closed at 9:00am everyday.

Mental Health ResourcesTop of Page
These are unpredictable times. For many, this Pandemic and all of the unknown coupled with the upset to our daily routine can cause fear and anxiety. It is especially important that we practice self-care and focus on the present moment so as not to be overwhelmed with worry. As school is closed for the next several weeks we want to make sure everyone has the supports they need to take care of themselves and their mental health. Below you will find some resources and important tips to take care of yourself during this time.
Things you can do to support yourself:
- Take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to news stories, including social media. Hearing about the pandemic repeatedly can be upsetting.
- Take care of your body.
- Take deep breaths, stretch, or meditate.
- Try to eat healthy, well-balanced meals, exercise regularly, get plenty of sleep, and avoid alcohol and drugs.
- Get outside for a walk and fresh air.
- Make time to unwind.
- Do something productive, like organizing your closet or trying out a new recipe.
- Connect with others.
- Talk with people you trust about your concerns and how you are feeling.

Uplift Mobile Crisis provides 24-hour intervention to children and teens in the community who are in acute psychological crisis. Included is a 5150 (danger to self or others) assessment along with safety planning and referrals to community-based mental health services. Uplift's number is 408-379-9085.
The Bill Wilson Center’s Youth Crisis Line is open and can be reached at 408-850-6125.
For Parents: Bill Wilson Center’s SOS Crisis Hotline is a specialized line where they answer calls 24/7 from parents for children and youth who are experiencing an immediate behavioral or mental health escalation or crisis.

2-1-1 is a free, easy-to-remember phone number that connects callers with health and human services in their community. 2-1-1 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and in over 150 languages. All calls are confidential.
We will get through this and come out on the other side. Please take good care of yourself and others.
